Returns and Refunds for Better With Joy Shop’s Handmade Products

Each handmade mask will have slight variations in the construction and look of each piece. Please expect to see an item that is not an exact replica of the product photo on the website.

** Due to the nature of our custom-made personal products (i.e. face masks), they cannot be exchanged or returned.**

If you are unsure of your size and have never purchased a mask from Better With Joy before, please take a moment to download, print and follow the instructions on the Sizing Guide PDF to find the size that would best fit you.

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) or if you have not received your items within 30 days from the day of the shipping notification, please contact hello [AT] betterwithjoy.com.

  • For items shipped without tracking (i.e. Canadian orders), a full refund will be provided for products not received within the 30 days of the shipping notification email sent from Better With Joy
  • For items shipped to the US with tracking and are deemed missing by UPS or FedEx or if you received it damaged, insurance is covered by these courier companies. If your purchase is over $100, you will be contacted if you would like an additional insurance tacked on to your shipping. I always keep track of my customer’s shipping dates and confirmation of delivery and should there be any issues, I will help you report a claim.Links for Claims:
