Fall may be coming soon, but it’s not the time to stash away your sunscreen. In fact, you shouldn’t. Ever. Yes, I am that friend who often asks if you’re wearing sunscreen.
Plus, it is still warm and bright here in Vancouver. The breeze may be cooler, but staying directly under the sun in the middle of the day could still be a scorcher.Do I really need sunscreen?
It is a good idea to keep sun care a regular part of your daily skin/body care ritual, especially if you will be exposed...

I’m not exaggerating when I say that this chocolate chip zucchini bread does not last more than 48 hours in our household. In fact, J and I and polish this off between the two of us. 👀
My friend, Brenda, gave me her adapted recipe from Epicurious almost a decade ago, and this been one of my staple zucchini recipes. It is just so darn good.

Need a little ? in your life? I have little pockets (packets ?) of sunshine to share!
?♀️ You know by now that I am all about clean, safer and effective skincare. And mine got a kick of radiance during the quarantine, thanks to the All Bright C Serum from @beautycounter. I made myself a guinea pig for four weeks to test it out myself and let me tell you—my skin is LOVING it.
Check out my Instagram Story Highlights for the weekly updates I posted over the past month.

If I hadn’t baked this and didn’t know what it was called, Blueberry “Boy Bait” would be the last name I would associate with it. First of all, it is no looker right out of the oven. Second, it seems hearty at best, a cake only a mother could love. However, take one bite and you will kind of get why this blueberry coffee cake is a winner. It placed second in the 1954 Pillsbury Recipe and Baking Contest (the precursor to Pillsbury Bake-Off). Renny Powell, a fifteen year-old girl,...
